I recently saw an article about the smallest towns in every state. So I naturally had to research Connecticut's tiniest town. Turns out it is Fenwick, CT.

Right now there are three homes for sale in Fenwick with the average price being $4,815,000. The last home that closed was in March. A 1,976 sq. feet Cape Cod with Viking Appliances
