Reinforced concrete core makes for a much stronger structure when compared to a traditional wood framed construction. The combination of high strength and fire resistance rating (FRR) creates superior resistance to both natural and man-made disasters. The wall components do not lose their structural integrity when exposed to high moisture environments.
Your new home will have an extremely quiet living environment with substantially reduced sound transmission between the outdoors and your indoor living area providing your family a calm, quiet, safe and comfortable home.
ICF homes keeps heat in during the winter and cool air in during the summer. Our ICF walls are insulated with a solid surface of continuous insulation on the inside and outside wall surfaces, eliminating air infiltration and heat transfer issues.
ICF wall has minimal thermal bridging due to the dual layers of continuous insulation. The sandwich wall assembly creates a very airtight envelope reducing undesired air leakage. The combination of the high thermal resistance, air tightness and thermal mass makes for a very energy efficient building.
ICF provides structurally resilient walls that improve the sound attenuation and prevent the entry of dust, pollens and pollution resulting in a stronger, healthier home with a considerable reduction in utility costs.
With ICF, contractors can pour year-round without the additional costs and materials when compared to traditional forming methods in winter months of construction.
