I had such an amazing experience with Kay. She single-handed found the perfect place for me. Having her in my corner throughout this entire process was invaluable! Kadesha is a wonderful realtor and got us the beautiful house we have today! She worked with us over the course of a full year showing us countless houses and she never pressured us to buy or encouraged us to overpay like other realtors had. She was great at working with sellers to understand what they were looking for in an offer and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. She was always there at the drop of a hat to go see a new listings when they became available even though she didn’t live nearby. Our YouTube sleuthing brought us to Kadesha's YouTube page, and we were instantly smitten with her videos. She struck us as a person who was friendly, candid, knowledgeable, and passionate about her goal to inform her viewers about the realities of CT casually and its plethora of real estate options. We felt confident she was the right person to reach out to because she didn't feel disingenuous or like she was trying to upsell us in any specific area. Kadesha responded quickly to our call, and we felt an instant chemistry; she's as friendly and chatty as her videos suggest, and we felt comfortable knowing she would help us with our crazy cross-country move (that would also be our first time moving out of state). Hysterical laughter intermingled with information blasts and conversational exposition kept our first call going for over 2 hours. Once we settled on a timeframe, it became a quick dash to our finish line, and a relatively complicated process of selling our home in FL while buying our new home in CT was made painless and almost too efficient (it was a mad scramble to get out during those last few weeks!). Kadesha is a woman of many hats, and as our realtor, advocate, CT guide, and fellow foodie and parent, we felt lucky to have made such a talented and multi-faceted friend at the outset of our adventure living in this beautiful state. If you're considering a realtor, stop now and contact her (after subscribing to her channel and watching her videos first!). You really won't regret it.
